This is a nice clean working padlock with key, marked "YALE 9465 MADE IN U.S.A." on the key slot face, and "THE YALE & TOWNE MFG. CO." on the back side. There is a "4" mark on the key. The lock opens with a key turn clockwise, and a strong spring flips the shackle to the full open position. To close, simply snap the lock closed.

The condition is good+ with a good working mechanism, clean exterior with some very minor surface pitting. A nice lock, much like the Six Lever type in design, in fact it has 6 levers we can see inside. It measures 2" wide x 3" tall.
