| This mortar was designed for use in a pharmacy, Stands 5 in. tall and the top is 5 in. diameter. The cork covered base measures 3.5 in. diameter. Brown pottery with a gray interior. Embossed with an RX William Procter Jr. 1817-1874 Secundumariem Scheringam near the bottom. I find no damage. In excellent condition. I believe this is from the 1950's era. |
