A collectible original Paul Moloney signed photograph from 1985.

Paul Moloney is a photographer from Colorado and this photograph is titled "Seven Horses" (shown on the left bottom, under the photograph). The black and white photograph is matted and framed. It measures 15 1/2" x 29". The photograph is signed in pencil by Paul Moloney on the mount under the photograph (right bottom).
About the artist: Paul F. Moloney has spent a lifetime photographing Life Being Lived and will continue clicking. The international-award-winning photojournalist and author is expanding his column, "The Wondering, Wandering Photographer," to the Internet. He has done this column for the Greeley, Colorado Tribune for 35 years.

Each picture — regardless of subject matter and artistic merit — has its story, and to combine words with the picture completes each story.

In accomplishing his goals, Paul always keeps in mind: "Photography is the SEA of Life. To navigate the SEA, I employ the OARS."

S — Spontaneity, E — Emotion and A — Action.

O — Observation, A — Anticipation, R — Reaction and S — Simplification.

Paul was on the Tribune staff for 25 years, then, in 1981, switched to teaching photography at the Colorado Institute of Art (now the Art Institute of Colorado), at Denver. He also taught photojournalism at the University of Colorado, Boulder from 1987-1996.

Paul has published three books of photography:

"Images of The Valley," 1984, on the people, landscape and nature of San Luis Valley of Colorado.

"Sagauche — Profile of Tranquiilty," 1987, on the Colorado town’s community life.

"Friends and Celebrities," 2001, highlighting his first 45 years in photojournalism.

Now retired, he still loves to work with photography and students.

Thanks so much for looking. Giddyup.
