Circa: 1983 Manufacturer: Border Fine Arts
This retired Border Fine Arts Figurine is called Copy Cat and Judy Boyt was the Modeller which was released Jan 1983 and then retired Dec 1987 and was from the series Cat around the House. This is a fun and whimsical cat on a dress addressing the Cat in Mirror he sees. The cat is a wonderful coloring of ginger, brown and white. It is approximately 3.62 inches at the tallest point and 4.25 inches at the longest point. There are no nicks, chips or cracks. The only defect is around the mirror edges as shown in the picture, it looks like some of the silver backing is coming off or maybe the glue has bled through. The side is marked Jboyt and the bottom has the gold and black sticker that reads Hand Made in Scotland by Border Fine Arts.
