This lovely red and white Mothers Day Plate is dated 1974 and marked on the back: Crownford China Co. Inc. / Staffordshire / England.
The front has 3 children in the center holding a gift for Mother surrounded by daisies and hearts with a swirled rim that has A Good Mother Makes A Happy Home with a flower and leaf border.
In very good condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites it does have age crazing which I have shown in my pictures and it measures 8 3/4 inches in diameter.
An addition to any Staffordshire Mothers Day Plate Collection.
