For sale is a very large Italian inlay wood musicical jewelry box. It has an 'S' on the lever which stands for 'Sorrento'. It also has a paper label: Made in Italy. It plays a tune when you turn level and open lid. This grand box is 13.75 long x 4.25 tall x 10 wide. Top of lid features a picture of a guitar. The tune is unfamiliar to me. A few scratches on the top, but these are really not noticeable unless moving it around under a light. Overall condition is good. This is the largest one I have ever seen; it must have been made for someone very special. 9/09esacs-r |
