Circa: 1970's Condition: Used and Operational Size: 6.5 inches tall by 7 inches long and 3 inches wide. Country of Origin: United States Manufacturer: Bell & Howell This state-of-the-art camera of the 1970's was the Bell & Howell Model 311 with PERPETUA motor drive and OPTRONIC EYE. It used the common Super 8 film cartridges and was autoloading.
This cool movie camera was one of the first cameras to have the thumb operated motor button on the handle in addition to the button on top of the camera. The camera motor was a mainspring driven motor which could be wound with the crank on the side of the camera. What a blast from the past.
Everything on this camera is operating as it should.
