This cute old LANISSA tree topper was handcrafted in 1967 in Europe by the Shiny Brite Company. It measures 11" tall and has colors of silver, red and gold. The usual wear from age is seen on the pointed top portion and of course, on the bottom tube where the tree top is inserted. I am sure it used to have a tassle coming out of the top, but it is not attached any longer. Some of the thin gold wire mesh is sticking out here and there, but I am sure it can easily be reattached. The red and gold colors are still bright and shiny and overall, I would say for being as old as it is...it is in pretty good condition!! I must also mention, it is still in its original box which is in great condition! |
