This neat vintage cookie jar by Twin Winton of California is the Pot O' Cookies, and says so in raised letters across the front of its round kettle shape body. The purposely mottled matte glaze is light tan-brown, not the darker woodtone that is more common. Three of the raised flowers at the front and the four on the lid are painted in glossy pastel colors. The underside is stamped Twin Winton. The cookie jar is in terrific condition with no chips, flakes, hairlines, or interior crazing.

Of course it does have the usual minor glaze and pottery imperfections that give Twin Winton pieces their character and charm. About 7 inches high to the top of the lid knob, 5-1/2" diameter at the rim, just over 8-1/2" at the widest point.
