This is a hardcover cookbook. It is titled "Rumford Complete Cookbook." It was first published in 1908 by Lily Hayworth Wallace. This is the 1948 edition. It has 213 pages. You might find a few spots or markings in the margins but nothing drastic. There is writing on the inside front and back pages. I don't see any torn pages or scribbles. The cover has minor wear as seen in the pictures. It is in good condition for it's age. Recipes include Corn Fritters, Creole Rice Cakes, Beef Olives, Scalloped Oysters, Meat Fritters, Seed Cookies, Grandmother's 1-2-3-4 Cake, Potato Griddle Scones, and Baked Indian Pudding.
