There are no photographs in this vintage cook book, just a few simple illustrations. Most of the space is devoted to hundreds and hundreds of recipes in every food and serving category. At the back of the book are sections on menus, cooking terms, a guide to herbs and spices, reference tables, and a complete index. The hardbound book has 811 pages and is in good vintage condition with no tears and no written-on or stained pages.
