This vintage hammered copper hearth tea kettle was made in Sweden in the 1950s or 1960s. It stands over 9" tall to the top of the lid finial and measures 10" across to the tip of the handle. The body is about 5-1/2" diameter. The spade iron legs and heart base handle are applied with copper rivets.
The spotless interior is tinned, and is still bright and shiny, quite likely never used. The outside finish is clean and shiny too with no scratches or dings. The underside still has its original foil label marked Svensk Made in Sweden.
