Here is an nteresting depression glass 6 inch plate from MacBeth Evans. This is the Cremax pattern creamy colored glass with a brown castle decoration. Plate has a scalloped pie crust rim. The glass has a bit of translucence when held to the light.
MacBeth Evans made several patterns like this and we have some listed this week. It can be a little confusing which is which so please check the photos if you are trying to match pieces you have already. The plate is 6 1/4 inches across which is a good size if you want to use it for display since it doesn't take up a ton of room.
