| OK all I can think that this is an open salt, pepper and toothpicks go into the center top as that is also open. It could be a caster stand which would have held the salt and pepper shakers with toothpick in the top. Minor flea bites around the inner rims of all openings. Stands 2 ¾" tall by 5 ¼" wide. |
