This adorable little angel figurine is made by Topline Imports of Japan. Her purple flower is missing one petal. Made of bisque she stands 4 ¼" tall. Still has the foil tag on her along with 63/243. I believe the 63 is the year. If you collect these Topline angels I also have a January one.
