A dazzling black vintage party dress from the 1970s era. Well made and a show-stopper. All black polyester fabric with wide chiffon ruffle trim. Deep square plunge neckline. Stunning rhinestone wrap at high waist. Beautiful ruffle trim at neck, bodice, down around and to the back. Cuffs included! Fun and loud. Hardly worn. An old size 14 probably a size 12 now. I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself with a tape for best fit.
