This beautiful hand painted porcelain figurine, Yolanda from Brazil, from The U.N.Children Series 1979 was made for The Franklin Mint. Marked on the bottom: The U.N. Children / Yolanda from Brazil / Hand-Painted Porcelain / Franklin Porcelain 1979 it comes with it's certificate that is Certified / January 25,1980.
In colors of tan, brown, blue, yellow, white, red and green she is dancing with a bowl of fruit on her head and a parrot on her shoulder. It shows all the great detailing the Franklin Mint is known for. In very good + condition, without chips, cracks or fleabites she measures 6 3/4 inches tall, 2 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches deep. A great addition to any Children or Franklin Mint Figurine Collection.
