Antique Pair of Drawn Thread and Lace Pillowcases.
This pair of pillowcases are white and have a white lace edge and a lace pattern made from drawn thread work and a drawn thread hem. They measure 18" wide and are 29" long not counting the 1 1/4" wide lace trim and are pure white. There are also 4 tabs, 2 that have a button hole. I believe that this was so that they could be used like a pillowsham. There are no buttons however. I have hand washed, air dried and pressed them so they are ready for use. Fabric is a very nice quality cotton and the workmanship and condition is excellent.
