Here is a very nice pair of old yelloware bowls that nest perfectly and are so closely matched in pattern and color they look like they were made by the same hands on the same day. The larger bowl is 9 inches wide and has the most evidence of hard use. There are a number of popped surface bubbles on the inside and a extremely fine hairline crack that has probably been their since before any of us were born. The crazing is lovely and so is the color. The 8 inch bowl is in very good condition and has no cracks or chips , just a few tiny flea bites and lots of classic grazing. Each has two sets of three blue slip bands . A great looking set of boels for nesting.
