This fun anthropomorphic garlic creamer and sugar bowl set was produced by an unknown maker circa 1950s -1960s. The creamer is approximately 3.00 inches at the tallest point and the sugar bowl is approximately 3.75 inches with the lid on. Both pieces have some crazing, with the sugar bowl having the most, there are no nicks, or chips, but the lid to the sugar bowl does have a tight hairline crack as shown in the pictures, but it looks more like the crazing on the rest of the lid. There are no makers marks, but you can find them listed in the Price Guide to Holt-Howard Collectibles by Walter Dworkin on page 87 as Unsigned Garlic Set. |
