This is a very nice set of Walt Disney, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs figures made of bisque by the George Borgfeldt Co. in 1938. This is the musical set, as all are playing instruments making up a band. The set is in very good condition with strong, bright glossy paint, which I am not sure is original. There is just a little wear with no other chips or breaks. Snow White measures 3 ½" tall and the Dwarfs are 2 ½" tall. They are all marked on the back, Copyright Walt Disney and stamped on the bottom with Japan, plus marked: Snow white 36/8, Happy 36/3, Sleepy 36/5, Dopey 36/6, Sneezy 36/1, Bashfull 36/2, Grumpy 36/7, Doc 36/4 |
