This item is an older Native American Woven Basket. It was made by the Havasupai Tribe of Arizona. I don't know the actual age of this particular basket, but it does appear to be an older Basket. It is about 11 and 1/2 inches across and 4 and 1/2 inches high. This Basket has a woven geometric design and is in Fair condition for its age. It is being sold AS IS. The weaving around the top rim of the Basket has been damaged and is missing in a number of places, with the most extensive being about 7 inches long. At the bottom of the Basket, the weaving hasd become damaged and is missing from one of the basket's ribs (see photos). |
