This is a nice jewelry box with a nice ornate floral design on the top and sides. The tag on the bottom reads, "HOLIDAY IMPORTS TARNISH PROTECTED SILVERPLATE MADE IN JAPAN" and mentions no polish needed, clean with a damp cloth. The box is 2" x 3.6" x 5". Made of fairly heavy gauge metal is weighs 1 pound. The exterior has some minor wear, but about 90% of the finish is intact. The interior is red velvet, very nice shape on the lower section, a mirror like polished plate on the top. There is 3 compartments, one for holding a ring or two. A nice looking vintage silverplated jewelry box overall. |
