Antique Flow Blue John Ridgway Worm Sprig Floral Plate. After much research it appears that this plate was made by John Ridgway & Co around the 1830 to 1841 time period. It features a blue floral sprig pattern with a gold and blue trim, also has a shell or wave molded detail to the pattern. It is 10 1/4 inches across, no chips but does have some age related wear to the gold, along with a few light use marks and some light discoloration, overall very good condition. It is marked on the back with Royal Coat of Arms that features a lion and unicorn mark, along with Worm Sprig under the Royal Coat of Arms, assume that is the pattern, marked with PT and Cauldon England. It also has embossed Cauldron along with a number that can't be read.
