34" x 18" x 12" Somewhat aged (<500yrs) Whale hip bone. Acquired from a small defunct regional museum in Washington state. Show signs of both burial & knife marks. Good chance it's an old Eskimo kill, or remnant of the whaling industry in early America. If you know this species, please advise. |
