34 x 18" with raised frame approx. 1". Triple Crown Winners Citation, Assault, and Count Fleet, raised relief. Also raised relief Pabst Blue Ribbon bottle. Appears to be cardboard and plastic.
Very good overall condition for its age. Note following imperfections. White mat is yellowed and has light stains. Citation picture has scratches that are most noticable on white surrounding his face. Count fleet has smudge around "1943". Bottle has a few scrapes on the label.
