A vintage 1890's Metal, painted black, Railroad Oil Lamp. This great old Train lamp would have been hung on the wall of one of the train cars. This old light's features include a chimney holder spring, removeble font, the maker's name stamped on the back of the frame and a permanent smoke bell, this Dessel RR lamp was pre-designed to keep the smoke from causing a concentrated black soot stain above it on the ceiling. Still works great and even has the original glass chimney.
