This is an offering for a lovely International Silver Company sterling brush measuring 9-7/8" by 3-1/8" and weighs about 140 grams. Marked 'INTERNATIONAL STERLING'. The pattern is a striped vertical design and there is a monogram 'P'. There are some light surface scratches and much of the paint (?) is missing where the bristles attach.
