When the Hull Company produced their Art Pottery line, these pieces were their top of the line and also their most expensive
products. Here we have a 13 and 1/2 in. tall ewer with the magnolia pattern and the matte finish. This ewer is hard to find and most impressive because of its height. There is one chip on the underside of the base that does not show and also one glaze pop. There are some rough spots under the neck of the ewer which I have tried to photograph so that you can judge for yourself. In spite of these imperfections, this ewer is still a great display piece. The mark on the bottom is Hull Art, USA 18-13 1/2 in. |
