Small vintage cast metal ( I believe it to be cast iron) thermometer from the PA Dutch area. Depicts woman sitting in rocking chair sewing. Caption reads "The Hurrier I Go the Behinder I Get". Back reads "Made in U.S.A. and has a small bar on bottom to keep it standing. The thermometer appears to be working. There is a small spot where the paint has worn off over the years. (See pictures). |
