This is a small W.S. George bowl, in the Petalware pattern. I am not sure, but believe this is a salad bowl. I have not been able to find any more exactly like it. It is 6.325 inches in diameter X 1.325 inches tall. I have three of these light green ones available for sale. The listed price is for ONE bowl. I am showing you a picture of all three.
