THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT DOLL
SHE IS NAMED PLAYMATE FOR A PRINCESS
She is named very appropriately.
SHE HAS THE BEAUTIFUL GRAY SLEEP EYES.
LOVELY LONG DARK BROWN HAIR DONE IN AN UP-TWIST.
Princess has a long white satin brocade dress with diamond shapes woven into the material with silver dots where the lines meet.
The bodice has a v neckline.
The dress has long cuffed sleeves.A LOVELY DEEP PINK ROSE IS AT HER WAIST.
A satin lace trimmed petticoat is under the dress. She is wearing white tights with white satin bucked shoes.
She has a ~diamond~tiara which really looks fabulous on her dark brown upswept hair.
Accenting her attire is a long white and silver boa or shoulder scarf to complete
her elegant outfit to the ~ball at the castle~

The box is in very good condition.
The provence for the dolls previous owners
is included.
She was first purchased in 1984.
The second owner bought her at an auction in March 1997.
She was then purchased from a collector on 7 November 1999.
I have owned her since. She has never been on display.
She has ONLY been removed from the box for pictures.
The boa has never been unpackaged and the tiara is still in the original wrapping.
Some of the pictures were taken of another doll at the first show where she was signed.
This pretty 16 inches tall vinyl doll is from the Royal House of Dolls 1984 Christmas collection,
Style number R84-1515. She has long brown hair, rosy cheeks, and clear blue eyes that open and close easily.
She was purchased in the mid-1980's from the collector for whom the doll was signed.
She comes in her original box with the original hang tag, signed by the Royal designer affectionately known as
~Miss Elsa~
It reads: WiTH ALL MY LOVE, ELSA, 5/27/87, XMAS 1984.
The back of the doll's head is also signed ~1987 Elsa.
This lovely doll is dressed for the holidays, in a long white satin dress with red satin and lace trim and a soft white ostrich feather collar.
The white part of the dress has a woven diamond design with sparkly silver threads at the points.
She is also wearing a white satin and lace-trimimed petticoat, white tights, and white satin shoes with straps. .

This doll company started in 1914.
The name of this doll is Playmate for a Princess. ... I believe she is from 1984. She is tied to the box and appears to have never been removed. She also has her Royal Doll tag.
She is wearing her satiny Mary Jane shoes, white tights, a petticoat, a beautiful white brocade.
She still has a hair-net on her head.
She has a hard vinyl body and legs,
her arms are a little softer and
her head is a softer vinyl with rooted hair. She has sleep eyes.
She is jointed at the neck, arms and legs. She is from a private collection,just up for auction.
This would be a good start for a young, new collector.

A FULL 8 INCHES TALL
10 1/2 INCHES AROUND BASE OF VASE.
The base has the numbers M-9090
there also is writing on the base
however I can not read it.
Very distinctive and would look great
with any color flowers. Red would accent
the red shades of flowers and it would
also accent the tones of white and other
light colors. Greenery would also accent
the beauty.
There are a few chips in the paint at the neck rim but would be hidden by anything
you would like to put in the vase.
Just the ideal vase for your problem niche.

This is a wonderful set of 4 small German stoneware/pottery beer steins. They are each 2 3/8 inches tall.
One is HB Henninger Frankfurt Q/M
One is Liechen Eagle with a small chip (very small look at pic)
One is Dortmunder DAB Actien Brauerei with a small chip (very small look at pic)
The last is Lowenbrau Munchen.
The print is all a blue with gray colored pottery. |

Praying Baby Boy Porcelain Figurine
A charming figurine of a little boy saying his prayers in his pajamas.
His expression says it all. A true child's faith - I can just imagine him saying ~God bless Mommy and Daddy and me,too~
He is 8 inches high 4 inches wide.His face, hands and feet are finished in a soft matte glaze and the hair and pajamas are in a high gloss glaze.
The porcelain is very fine. Truly an adorable figure to add to a nursery or any room.
With a little ingenuity this could possible be made into a night light. The quality of the porcelain allows quite a bit of light to shine through. There is ample room to insert a night light base. |

Homer Laughlin 1929 Art Glaze Empress Octagon
This is a very rare piece of Homer Laughlin which I believe is the Art Glaze in the Empress or Yellowstone shape that has the art glaze that is also known as Wells. It is an irridescent glaze featuring a chinese or japanese pagoda with ming flowers and trees. The platter measures approx. 13" x 10" and looks unused with almost no utensil marks. There are some marks in the yellow from wear, but very shiny. There is also on the right side which looks like a raised manufacturer flaw. It looks like the decal was cut out because the outsides of the flowers on the bottom are missing?. I think this was the original way of production. There are no chips, cracks or crazing except one little under rim flea bit. It is marked with the green homer laughlin logo and C9N6 which stands for 1929. See the picture for exact plate. |

Katie is a green-eyed brunette wearing a pink bodysuit trimmed with satin rosebuds and a tulle tutu.
Her tights are hand-painted and the slippers are sculpted with ribbon straps.
Included is a parasol to help her balance on the high wire!
Her mold was broken Dec 31 1991.
She is wearing a pink outfit and it has dark pink roses on it. She has the
same color roses in her hair.
This would make a nice Christmas gift.

Our Lady of Fatima Italian Plaster Statue
Our Lady of Fatima Italian Plaster Statue This is an ITALIAN Plaster Statue of OUr Lady of Fatima. It is 8" tall. The number imprinted on the back is 2721, no imprint on the bottom. As with plaster items of this age, the paint is work on the nose & forehead; there are small chips on the edge of the robe and base, also due to age. But otherwise, extrememly beautiful. |
