One of the standard Victorian milk glass reference books. This hardcover book with covered dust jacket measures 10 3/8" x 7 3/8". Has 446 illustrations including some in full color. Published in 1959 by Crown Publishers. Illustrations include covered animal dishes, trays & platters, candlesticks & lamps, reproductions, caramel, custard & purple slag glass. No price guide.

A set of 2 cups and saucers is offered for you or your child's pleasure! This is one of the larger cup and saucer sets in the Victorian toy glass category. The cup is 2 3/8" in diameter, 2 5/8" high, and the saucer has a 5" diameter. The condition is excellent on all these pieces from the late 1890's. Time for milk and cookies!

This great tall pitcher has an applied handle. Made by Bryce, Higbee and Company, circa 1896, this pattern is also called Cat's Eye and Block. This is 12" tall - and wonderful clear glass. In excellent condition.

Cut Log wines - set of 6

Cut Log pattern wines - measuring 3 7/8" high (and they vary in height just a little bit) and 2 1/8" in diameter. Made by Bryce, Higbee and Company, circa 1889 and a few years later by Westmoreland Glass Company, this pattern is also called Cat's Eye and Block. These stemware items are also used as cordials nowadays. All of these are in excellent condition.

Canadian wines - pair

These Canadian pattern wine glasses show a scene through an arched wall with a vine growing around it. There are 3 archways, and each one has a different scene, and each scene has a house and a pine tree. Some have attributed this to the Burlington Glass Company - they date around circa 1870's. Both are in excellent condition.

Pillar and Bulls Eye flint champagne

A fabulous champagne glass in the Pillar and Bulls Eye pattern. This flint glass piece measures 5" in height by 2 3/8" in diameter. This circa 1860 glass was made by Bakewell, Pears and Company - champagnes are rare and this one is a beauty! Condition is very nice.

This marvelous wine glass is probably American, and from circa 1850. It has 8 elongated oval cut panels interspersed with 8 smaller panels. Measures 4" high x 2" in diameter at the top. In excellent condition. (R170)

Button-stem flint cut glass -1

This is a nice example of a trumpet shape bowl on a wine glass with a double button-stem. This has 10 cut elongated panels tapering to a wafer. This flint glass, with a great belltone, is probably English, and dates from circa 1840. Measures 4 7/8"high by 2 7/8" in diameter. This has a cut and polished pontil. It's in excellent condition. See the other example of this style we have, just in a smaller size. (P177)

Sometimes known as Queens Jewels, produced by the Bellaire Goblet Company, Findlay, Ohio, circa 1890. This stands 5 7/8" from base to collar and is about 7 7/8" from base to top of stopper. It is my understanding that 2 different stoppers were made and this is one of them. Excellent condition. (#X184)
