Stainless hardware. Lined with hot pink silky fabric. One inside zippered pocket. Has one 3 inch rust color mark inside about the thickness of a pencil mark. Strap has some wear, there are some cracks in the patten leather on strap. 7 inch drop on strap.

It is not a pencil or pen mark. Looks like the glue might not have been completely dry when the purse was assembled.
