This is 16 x 20 and by Winslow Homer called Snap the Whip from 1872. It features images from rural America. These children are in an activity with images of Mark Twain character. Beautiful lithograph. Excellent condition.

1950's Turner ART PARMIGIANINO Wall FRAMED PICTURE
This is labeled YOUNG GIRL or is also known as the STUDY OF ST. CATHERINE in which the original is in the capodimonte Museum Naples.
This has been part of our family estate for years. It is by the famous Turner Company in Chicago that put out all those bird, flower and lady pictures.
This is TURNER WALL ACCESSORY Item 3620- J234 YOUNG GIRL by PARMIGIANINO from the Turner Graphic Arts Collection.
It is absolutely beautiful. It is 25 x 20 inches. The matting is a GOLD VELOUR/VELVET like and is PERFECT. THE DIFFERENT COLORS ARE JUST FROM THE FLASH THRU THE GLASS. The wood frame is green and golds.
Parmigianino was an Italian Painter. Italian Mannerist Painter, 1503-1540, Also known as Girolamo Francesco Mazzola.
Parmigianino, born Girolamo Francesco Maria Mazzola in Parma, Italy, became Italy's most influential Mannerist painter in his brief twenty-year career. His father and uncles taught him the techniques of painting, and by age sixteen he had already completed an altarpiece for a local church. Beginning in 1520, the celebrated Renaissance artist Correggio became his primary inspiration. Scholars believe that the younger artist may have assisted Correggio with his frescoes at a church in Parma, where Parmigianino may also have completed his own frescoes. In 1524 Parmigianino visited Rome to present a self-portrait to Pope Clement VII. There the young artist experienced Raphael and Michelangelo's art firsthand, and his style became more grand, elegant, and noble. Following the Sack of Rome in 1527, Parmigianino escaped to Bologna, but within three years he had returned to Parma, where he received a commission to paint frescoes in another church. At this time, according to some accounts, Parmigianino became a devotee of alchemy, transforming himself into a lunatic and completing little work at the church. He was imprisoned after nearly a decade of slow progress but escaped. Scholars believe that Parmigianino was the first Italian artist to make etchings, and his work significantly influenced the art of printmaking.

2 Vintage Flowers ~ Daisy Wood Frame Pictures - SUMMER WILDFLOWERS
This is a set of two wood frame pictures. They are beautiful flowers, sunflowers, daisy's, and ferns. They measure about 10 by 12 inches. The frames are white wood, with a blue trim, and still look pretty good, although they could use a little touch up. Or leave them as original.
They are under glass. The artist is: D. Saar
These pictures are a lovely example of older pictures. Great for that country home. |

They are just over 18 EIGHTEEN inches long. They have some minor wear, but you would probably want to make them fit your decor with a little spray paint. |
