Vintage Floral Advertising Souvenir Plate Darling & harder to find this small advertising plate is just 7 inches. Excellent vintage condition with just the normal age crazing and slight wear to floral design. Bouquet of roses center top and lots of gold scroll trim. Vintage~1924 Advertising Plate~Aurora KS Cute as a button...These mini plates are more desirable and harder to find than the larger ones. Given away by various stores in the earlier part of the 1900's they are now great collectibles for the nostalgia lovers. This one has a little flower basket in the center and blue trim and says in gold lettering: "Compliments of N GENNETTE & CO. General Merchandise, AURORA KANSAS 1924" On the back: "Semi Porcelain JH Co" In Excellent vintage condition with crazing and slight age discoloration. Vintage ~Floral~Advertising Plate~Heyworth ILL These vintage plates were given away to customers for advertising purposes. This one is 8 inches across with lots of colorful flowers and gold trim. Unusual coloring around the edges as most were white. In the center it reads: "Compliments of C.S. ELLIS, Cash Variety Store HEYWORTH, ILL." On the back you see a crown and the letters CPC & numbers 11 29. Excellent vintage condition with no chips cracks or repairs just normal age wear and crazing. Unusual shape and scalloped gold trimmed edges make this one stand out. Wonderful blue flowers & leaves decorate the corner edges and in the center it reads: "THE RED & WHITE STORE, KASPER, REMER, MINN." Blue Granite Porcelain Kitty Cat Figure Cute & unusual figural cat. Such a cute face too. Stands 10 inches high and is 6 inches across. Perfect for the kitchen or for your cat collection. Excellent condition with no chips cracks crazing or repairs. Painted like the old Granite ware coffee pots in blue & white with black ears & feet. Just too cute! Baby Shoes w/Tassles Are these cute or what? Vintage baby shoes in soft velvetine with pearl buttons and tassels. Size 3 as it says on the bottom. Circa 1930-1940's is my guess. ~Size 3 ~Very good vintage condition. Some discoloration and one shoe shows wear in a couple of places. These were not for display some cute little one actually wore them. ~Marked inside "3 242" which I am thinking is the size and lot number. Please see all pictures and check out my other goodies. Two Vintage Aunt Jemima Pancake Ads Two delightful vintage ads of for Aunt Jemima Pancakes & Waffles as well as a wonderful patriotic theme ad of the era. Both are pages from a newspaper or magazine circa 1945 as the one is clearly marked at the bottom of the page. One is the "Home on Leave" theme with comments in bubbles like "We figured nothing was too good for our soldier" and "Gosh Mom I'll bet our whole outfit would go A-Wol for Aunt Jemima pancakes". The other one is also advertising "LADIES BE SEATED" Mon-Fri on American Broadcasting Company and includes a recipe for Orange Honey and says GET BOTH the yellow box for Buckwheats & the red box for Pancakes & Waffles. These would make wonderful wall framed hangings or would look great sitting next to the Aunt Jemima figurine collection. Larger ad is 6 x 13 inches and smaller one is 6 x 8. ~Rare~Green Holly Girl Candy Dish~ I have seen many of the "Green Holly" items made by George Z Lefton circa 1960. You can see covered candy dishes with the berry on top but not this cute little girl as well as bells & candle holders & party dishes and even an oil lamp in the Lefton China book by Ruth McCarthy on pages 100-103. I have never seen this one before but she looks exactly like the others. She is not in any of my Lefton books. She is just too cute to resist. She stands apprx 6.5 inches tall. Excellent condition with no chips cracks crazing or repairs. Marked on the bottom in black "50/270" and she has a gold sticker that says "Topline Imports Inc Japan" Handpainting is still bright and beautiful! Lefton Christmas Angels with Bluebirds & Instruments Rare & absolutely darling set of 4 little winged angels with holly in their blonde hair. 2 have red dresses & 2 have green. All have their little bare toes sticking out from under. Each playing an instrument while Bluebirds are singing along...Made by the George Z Lefton Co circa 1950's. Such wonderful hand painted detailing. Look at those sweet little faces!...A perfect addition to your Christmas decorations or a great gift. Each angel is apprx 4 inches tall and all are in Excellent shape with no chips cracks or crazing. Inarco Planter~Christmas Girl with Present & Muff~ Beautiful blonde girl holding a Christmas present in one hand and wearing a white muff on the other. Made by the Inarco company circa 1960's. I have seen another planter girl just like her with a different pose. Wonderful hand painting including gold trim on the present & muff and her little gold shoe. She stands 5.5 inches tall & 5 inches across. Excellent condition with no chips cracks or crazing. She has her Inarco Japan sticker and is marked "E-1134 INARCO CLEVE OHIO Copywright 1963" on the bottom. Pictured in the "Village Christmas Ceramic Collectibles 2004" book by Walter Dworkin. Josef Originals Fuzzy Wazzy Christmas Candle Holder Adorable little guy from "Those Fabulous Fuzzies" collection made by Muriel Josef George circa 1970. He is a "Fuzzy Wazzy" Christmas figure with the glass eyes and cute little pink mouth. He has a holly flower for a hat & is holding a ceramic candle holder that looks like a bag for Christmas goodies. He is a petite 2 inches tall and in Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Black & gold sticker on the bottom says "Josef GG Originals Japan". Would make a great decoration or stocking stuffer. Made by Muriel Josef George & pictured in white pajamas in the JO book "Charming Figurines" page 98. Valued at $70-$75 a pair. Finding all 3 of these little cuties together is rare! HTF in red pajamas. Wonderful hand painted detailing including plenty of gold trim. 4 inches high & in Excellent condition with no chips cracks or crazing. A small amount of red paint loss on back of the boy w/stocking (common with red cold paint). Black eyes. Great stocking stuffers as a gift or for a terrific Christmas display! There are three different bells in different poses. Hanging Bell Girl with Baby Jesus Hanging Bell Girl with Christmas Wreath Hanging Bell Girl with Candle Lantern ~Pictured in the Josef Originals book "Figurines of Muriel Josef George" on page 84 ~Valued at $55.00 *Hard to Find* ~She is 4 inches tall and has beautiful hand painted details including gold tipped wings. Pictures don't do her justice. ~Excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs. There is a hole through her bow in the back with a gold thread attached for hanging her on the tree. Josef Originals Fuzzy Christmas Kittens Both are from the "Fabulous Fuzzies" collection circa 1970s & early 1980s. Kitten with tree is 2 3/4 inches high & 3 inches across. Has Josef Original sticker on the bottom and the original Merry Christmas hang tag with 1978 written on the back. Kitten with Santa hat is 2 inches tall & 3 inches across & also has the original hang tag with 1977 on the back. Wonderful for display or as a stocking stuffers.
