1902 Calander Art Print by J G Brown
Clander 11 5/8 by 14 1/2 inches Vintage J G Brown Lithograph art print titled The Treasurer with a number U4203. The print depicts a young lad in knickers shining shoes sitting next o box with his dog holding his hat in his mouth. The print is in vivid brown tones on a cardboard backing that once held a calander. This was a promotional item for the American National Bank in Montana's Capitol City, Helena, Montana. At the time the President of the bank was T. C. Power, The Vice President was A. C. Johnson and the Cashier was N. J. Gould. The Directors were T. C. power, A. C. Johnson, N. R. Holter, Richard Lockey and N. J. Gould. The bank's capitol that year was $200,000 and the deposits were $1,150,000. The print is signed by J. G. Brown with a 1902 copyright. It was produced by The Osborne Company, New York City. The print is in excellent condition. Firmly attached to the cardboard. The cardboard is worn on the edges. This would be an excellent collector piece all ready to place in a frame. |

Vintage Handmade Parrot & Cockateal Sand Pic
Original Art 8 1/4 by 15 1/4 inches Pair of Vintage Sand Art Bird Pictures. The Parrot and Cockateal pair were made using decorative cord and colored sand. The cord was glued to the backing. The different colors of sand were then glued to color the pictures. I would guess these are from the 1950's or 60's. The background is a linen look wall paper. These would be great for the bird lover, interesting art lover, retro decorater, etc. |

This set of two prints were distributed by the Intercraft Industries Corporation, Carson California and is numbered 7320. The prints are signed Evans. The first print is of two little girls. One holding a basket of flowers and the other holding what may be a birthday cake and a bouquet of flowers. The other print is of a little boy and girl looking at bumble bees. The little boy pointing to the bees and the little girl holding a basket of flowers. The frames are wooden with gold around the inside of the frame. Price is for the set of 2 framed prints. |

Vintage Art Print Prince Charming and Steed
Vintage Print Frame size 11 1/2 by 19 1/2 inches I will call this a vintage print but could be an antique. Picture is of a knight in shining armour next to his white stallion. He has a sword on his hip. He is standing next to his horse with a look of longing. Backdrop is the forest. I found this print behind an old painting. It looks like the print was glued to a cardboard backing. There are some slight bubbles in the pring where the glue has loosened. There are some slight scratches on the surface. Victorian Photographic Hand Tinted Portrait
Hand Tinted Portrait Overall 15 by 23 inches This Portrait of a Victorian woman came from an extate of a man that was 90 years old when he passed away 30 years ago. I would estimate it is from the mid to late 1800's. I don't know that much about the production other than it is hand tinted. It is an oval picture in a frame. The portrait is on a hard cardboard type material and is domed-not flat. There are no markings that I can find. It does not have glass. The portrait has some slight scuff marks and small water spots that you can see if you look closely. The frame has been repaired on the bottom. See additional photos. It has a matte finish. Vintage Portrait Overaqll 173/4 by 18 inches Frame 3 3/4 inches wide. Print 10 1/2 by 13 3/4 inches Victorian Photographic Hand Tinted Portrait. This Portrait of a Victorian baby came from an extate of a man that was 90 years old when he passed away 30 years ago. I don't know that much about the production other than it is hand tinted. It is a flat picture on a thick cardboard in a heavily decorated gilded gold frame. There are no markings that I can find. It does not have glass. The frame has been nailed in the corners and has some gaps at the top right and bottom left corners. See additional photos. It is also slightly warped. I didn't want to do anything to it as not to cause more damage. The print has a matte type finish and is almost like a chalk portrait but does not smudge. Beautiful sea green background with roses, pussy willows, Lilly of the valley, Irises. There is a small deer shaped planter in the front with some other tiny flowers. The matching floral arrangement is in a white seashell planter. There are roses, lupin and greenery, not sure of the other flowers. The background is a lighter shade of teal or sea blue. Also is marked 50/50 in pencil. Not sure what that all means. The print is titled Grass Landing. It is a picture of a butterfly on a blade of grass. Framed and matted under glass. Vintage Lithograph Print print 10 by 12 inches frame 18 by 21 inches Maurice Utrillo White Period Lithograph Art Print. Titled MONTMARTRE. Back has a paper label that reads; Turner Manufacturing Company, Chicago 23, ILL. Information about this artist can be found at/cover.html . The print is in a vintage frame in blue and white. The frame is in shabby chic condition with some paint loss. The upper right hand corner of the frame is slightly separated. There was no glass on the print and in the right light you can see some scuffing but no scratches that remove any of the coloring of the print. Maurice Utrillo was born in 1883 and died in 1955. The print is a glossy, almost photographic finish. I am no art expert so forgive the laymens terms. I found this print in the basement of an old church before it was to be demolished. |

This came from an estate and I was told this is from the 1050's. Comes in the original box and ready for framing. The back of the box had a selection of other kits that were available at that time. There is a certificate to order a frame but it is an original certificate so probably not usable. Excellent condition and the artist did a pretty good job.
