Blue Ridge

This is the sugar and lid in the Candlewick shape with the Quaker Apple pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Quaker Apple design. This Blue Ridge sugar with lid is not marked and is 4 high, 4 3/8 in diameter at its widest point and 6 1/8 across including the handles.

This is the 5 1/2 fruit bowl in the Skyline shape with the Stanhome Ivy pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Stanhome Ivy design. There are a couple very light, very minor scratches from use and stacking. This fruit bowl has the circular Blue Ridge Hand Painted Underglaze Southern Potteries, Inc. Made In U.S.A. mark on the bottom (see photos) and is 5 1/2 in diameter and 1 high.

This is the 9 , round vegetable bowl in the Colonial shape with the Cherry Bounce pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Cherry Bounce design. There are a couple very light, very minor scratches from use and stacking. This vegetable bowl has the circular Blue Ridge Hand Painted Underglaze Southern Potteries, Inc. Made In U.S.A. mark on the bottom (see photos) and is 9 3/8 in diameter and 2 1/4 high.

This is the saucer in the Colonial shape with the Christine pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Christine design. There are a couple very minor, very light scratches from use and stacking. This Blue Ridge saucer is not marked and is 5 3/4 in diameter.

This is the 6 plate in the Colonial shape with the Wrinkled Rose pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Wrinkled Rose design. There are a few very light, very minor scratches from use and stacking and some very minor crazing in the glaze. This Blue Ridge plate is not marked and is 6 1/8 in diameter.

It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Caroline design. There are some light, minor scratches from use and stacking. Southern began their hand painted Blue Ridge dinnerware lines in the late 1930's and closed in January of 1957. This Blue Ridge platter is not marked and is 13 1/2 long and 11 3/8 wide.

This is the 13 platter in the Colonial shape with the Bow Knot pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Bow Knot design. There are a couple insignificant scratches from use and stacking and two very small burst air bubbles in the paint. This Blue Ridge platter is not marked and is 13 3/16 long and 9 13/16 wide.

A handpainted plate from the Blue Ridge Southern Potteries. Measures 9.5 in. diameter. In very good, undamaged condition. A cherry pattern, but I do not know the name for it.

This covered sugar bowl stands 3.5 in. tall and measures 6 in. diameter including the handles. Produced by the Blue Ridge Southern Potteries in the '50's-'60's era it is unmarked. No damage.

A large platter in the Green Briar pattern from the Blue Ridge Southern Potteries. Measures 13.75 in. long and is 11.25 in. wide. Unmarked. There are 2 nicks/chips on the underside of the edge. This is a really nice 4 3/4 Inch high Crab Apple Water Tumbler made to accompany the Blue Ridge china pattern. This Tumbler measures 2 3/4 Inches in diameter at the top. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Be sure to see our other Blue Ridge available.

Blue Ridge Southern Potteries saucer in their colorful, Fairmede Fruit pattern. This fruit pattern features a center design of purple grapes, a yellow apple, red plum and green leaves, and has a border of four rings in a rainbow of colors. Made in USA. Saucer is unmarked. Quantity available: 3. Circa: 1930-1950's. Size: 5 7/8 inches. Condition: Very good. All saucers have glaze crazing. One with a manufacturer's glaze pop; one with two small nicks on the underside edge of rim.

Skyline coupe shape dinner plate, hand-painted with large blue flower. Unmarked, but believe this was made by Blue Ridge due to the size.

This underplate measures 11.5 x 9.5 in. It is unmarked, but I believe it is from the Southern Potteries, Blue Ridge. No damage. It has a green feathered edge. I do not know the name of the pattern. Would also make a great platter.

This is an adorable egg plate in the Rooster pattern by a Blue Ridge jobber Peasant Village. PV wa the logo for Peasant village, who was a jobber that purchased from Southern Potteries. It measures approximately 9 diameter and doesn't seem to have had much, if any prior use.

This is a demitase cup and saucer made by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries in the Carol's Roses pattern. It is in very nice condition. Be sure to look at my other items if this is your pattern, as there is a cup only in the same pattern available as well.

This is a Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Nocturne 5 7/8 saucer. It is in the burgundy nocturne pattern and is in excellent condition.

This is a Blue Ridge Southern Potteries pattern # BRP30 5 7/8 saucer. It is in the colonial shape with red flowers, gray and green leaves. It is in excellent condition.

A center handled sandwich or tidbit serving tray in the Bridesmaid pattern by Blue Ridge China. The 10-1/4 plate is decorated in the Bridesmaid pattern: hand painted pink and yellow flowers and buds, dark green leaves. The sponged rim is pink. Marked on the underside Underglaze Hand Painted, Southern Potteries, Made in U.S.A. . The plate has no chips, flakes, or cracks but there is crazing, which is stained toward the center of the plate. I know you can bleach the staining out, but the removal method depends on how you're going to use the plate in the future, so I left it alone. The solid brass center post has some minor tarnish, easily brightened with copper or brass polish.
