Southern Potteries Blue Ridge Wild Strawberry Sugar And Lid
This is the sugar and lid in the Colonial shape with the Wild Strawberry pattern in the myriad of Blue Ridge dinnerware lines made by Southern Potteries, Inc. from the late 1930's through 1956. It is in good condition with no cracks or repairs and it has good paint and detail of the Wild Strawberry design. There is a small chip and a flake with a small stain on the underside of the lid (see photos) that are not visible from the top, a couple very tiny nicks on the rim of the base and some light staining at one handle. This Blue Ridge sugar with lid is not marked and is 4 high, 4 3/8 in diameter at its widest point and 6 1/8 across including the handles.

This is an adorable egg plate in the Rooster pattern by a Blue Ridge jobber Peasant Village. PV wa the logo for Peasant village, who was a jobber that purchased from Southern Potteries. It measures approximately 9 diameter and doesn't seem to have had much, if any prior use.

This is a piece that I'm not 100% sure of the maker. I tend to think that it is Stetson, but it is close to Blue Ridge Southern Potteries. You be the judge. It is in very nice shape!

Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Bridesmaid Tidbit Serving Tray
A center handled sandwich or tidbit serving tray in the Bridesmaid pattern by Blue Ridge China. The 10-1/4 plate is decorated in the Bridesmaid pattern: hand painted pink and yellow flowers and buds, dark green leaves. The sponged rim is pink. Marked on the underside Underglaze Hand Painted, Southern Potteries, Made in U.S.A. . The plate has no chips, flakes, or cracks but there is crazing, which is stained toward the center of the plate. I know you can bleach the staining out, but the removal method depends on how you're going to use the plate in the future, so I left it alone. The solid brass center post has some minor tarnish, easily brightened with copper or brass polish.
Blue Ridge Pottery Laura Floral Serving Bowl. This is such a pretty piece! It has yellow and maroon rose flower, looks like the Laura with a slight variation to the flower, Colonial trim. It is 9 inches across and almost 2 1/4 inches deep, in good condition, no chips, inside has some crazing, would not affect use or be noticeable on display. A lovely addition to your collection!
