No one would guess that this elegant bird was a shaker if you did not see the holes in his head. He is more akin to a porcelain figurine than a piece of tableware. We generally ship to domestic customers by Priority Mail, so buyer will add $3.50 plus $1.10 insurance.

If you are a collector of vintage Paden City China, you need to look at this piece. I think it may be a factory reject or a piece of errata. The shape is Regina, but the pattern, which almost looks like a piece of lace traced on the edges, cannot be found anywhere. In addition, the pattern is applied in a most haphazard way, giving it a great SHABBY CHIC look for today's collector. Plate is 10 square, and marked Paden City Potteries on the rear.
Very pretty little dish that appears to be Hand painted with a stagecoach scene depicting disembarking passengers in front of a tavern or hostelry called THE SWAN. The dish is not marked in any way, but the shape along with the embossed rim with fruits is from the Crooksville China Co. It is not a saucer or butter pat, perhaps just a little waste dish or tray of some sort. There are no cracks chips or flakes in this nice little piece.
