Vintage, ceramic girl figurine. Hand painted figurine of a little girl and a pair of white ducks standing in front of an apple tree. The girl is carrying a basket of fresh vegetables. The tree stands in front of a wooden fence, and has a couple of red apples on its branch. A bird house sits atop the tree, while a bushy-tailed squirrel peers inside. Nice colors! Made in Japan. This hand painted figurine of a girl walking while holding an umbrella in one hand and a bouquet of flowers in the other was made in Occupied Japan between 1945-1952 and is marked: Made in Occupied Japan in red. The 2 c letters are incomplete. Done in colors of light and dark green, light blue, tan, white, orange, brown and black. In very good condition without chips, cracks or fleabites Her umbrella does show paint wear which I have shown in my pictures and she measures 6 1/8 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep. A single pink flowers embellishes one side of her skirt. She is holding a basket in hand, and wearing a pretty, chic sun hat, which is tied beneath her chin by a polka dot ribbon and bow. The top of her hat is adorned with flowers and leaves. Figurine is hand painted; unglazed. She is made in Japan, and stamped with the numbers 8183M, and is marked with a blue crossed arrows. Circa: 1940's-1960's. Size: 8 inches tall. Condition: Very good. Some age discoloration in certain areas.

In very good condition the girl does have a manufacturer flaw on the base which I have shown in my pictures and she measures 2 3/4 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 1 inch deep while the boy measures 2 3/4 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep. Flower Child Girl In Bisque Tulip Occupied Japan Unusual
This is Adorable, and particularily so because the Little Girl popping out of the Tulip is so unusual. It looks to us like she has Red Hair, maybe Blonde, with a Blue Ribbon Bow. Made in Occupied Japan so it does have some age to it. It is not perfect but does display well. There is one hairline across the side, no danger of breaking. One crack that has been repaired on the back Leaf, and some roughness on the other back Leaf which you can only see from the back. It is so unusual that we thought we would list it for anyone that has an unusual Collection of Bisque Pieces! Easy ship.

Christmas Elf Pixie On Toadstool Retro 1950 Mint Cute
Cute Little Elf or Pixie from the 1950s. It was probably made by Norcrest, Japan as it does carry a number on the bottom but the foil label is long gone. The paint is totally original and the Toadstool he is sitting on has little Yellow Polka Dots. His arms and legs are crossed and he has brown eyes. Very Sweet and very collectible.
Occupied Japan Set Of 6 Floral Demitasse Cups & Saucers
This set of six matching Floral Demitasse Cups and saucers were produced in Occupied Japan Circa 1945 - 1952. These cups have a wonderful floral design with flower that are red, yellow and blue with green leaves and the edging has a gold gilt trim. The cups are approximately 1.87 inches tall, 1.87 inches in diameter and holds approximately 2 ounces of liquid with the saucer being approximately 3.93 inches in diameter. All pieces are in good used condition with no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing that we can see and some wear to the gold gilt. A couple of the pieces have a couple of mineral specks in the porcelain from firing. All pieces are marked in Red Made in Occupied Japan.
There are three of these Elf or Pixie Figurines in this set. We have priced for two of them and are offering the third one, shown in the last photo, free due to a small chip on the tip of his left shoe. The other two are in perfect condition.

FOR SALE IS A VERY NICE ROOSTER SHAKER THAT SITS IN A CHINA BASKET HOLDER THAT IS STAMPED MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN ON THE BOTTOM. THE HOLDER MEASURES 2 1/4 INCHES TALL X 4 1/4 INCHES LONG, HAS ROOSTER SHAKER THAT MEASURES 2 3/4 INCHES LONG X 2 1/8 INCHES HIGH, THE HEN SHAKER IS MISSING, BUT IS IN VERY FINE CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS.
This little collectible is near mint condition. No chips or cracks just a little paint wear on the blue around the top of the vase. Stamped Japan on the bottom with the number 10. Due to its size and overall appearence we feel this is Occupied Japan. Nice find for the collector of Occupied Japan items.
Very pretty and detailed colonial lady with real lace for the front of her skirt. The stiffened red net is trimmed with lace border which is all intact. The rest of her skirt is hand painted with tiny flowers and she is trimmed with gold accents. She holds a flower in one hand and the other is raised in a greeting. She is marked on the bottom H. Best but we're not sure what that is. Although there is no JAPAN label on her, she is certainly of Japanese make. No cracks or chips on this lady.
Vintage 4 Made in Japan Colonial woman with fan held to her face and wearing a most demure expression. She is painted only on the front and has lost some of her color, perhaps due to too vigorous a cleaning. Still a pretty lady with no cracks or chips. Impressed Japan on the rear.

The pieces are marked only Japan on the bottoms making them quite early..pre-war for sure. The boy figure stands 5 1/2 and his gal is 5 1/4 tall. There are no chips or cracks in either, just a small amount of paint wear on their elbows from where they have taken tumbles over the years. All hand painted, of course.
