This large glass doorstop or paperweight is shaped as an aquarium containing fish swimming. Measures 9.5 in. long, 3.5 in. wide and is 5.5 in. tall. Heavy, weighs 9 lbs. I find no damage. A great accent to any room or area in your home and would be amazing if placed where the light can go through it. Not sure of vintage. Perhaps a contemporary piece from the '90's?
A large cast iron doorstop that is electric and stands 18.5 in. tall. The diameter is 17.5 in. This is in working order but I always feel they should be rewired or at least checked out by a qualified electrician to be on the safe side. This doorstop appears to have been repainted. Would also serve as a night light or to accent a corner?
A vintage cast iron doorstop. This ship stands 9.5 in. tall and is 10 in. wide. About 2.5 in deep. In good, usable condition. I think this doorstop is from the '30's era. Normal amount of paint missing. Enough retained to give it a wonderful finish. I find no breaks, etc.

A vintage doorstop, figurine made of cast iron. This one has been in my own home for over 50 yrs. I can't give you the exact vintage as it was purchased at an estate sale. It measures 10.5 in. long, 5.5 in. wide and 5.5 in. tall. Reinforced with two bolts/screws inside that hold the 2 halves together. One between the head and another between the body halves. Has flat headed screws that appear just a tiny bit rusty. The green painted eyes show some loss of paint due to many washings. Perhaps the bow around its neck was painted at one time. Very well detailed and I have never had to feed it or clean a litter box. Perfect pet and adds a homey touch wherever you place it.
Patented antique painted iron doorstop. c:1846. This item feels like solid iron; has tole style painting on it, and raised mark: M.A. Boone, #1, Pat'd Dec. 5, 1846. It looks sort of like a Dutch shoe shaped sad iron. Top of handle has initials: FGR painted on it. This would be great as a doorstop, or in your new, made to look vintage laundry room! Very unique antique! Pic #4 shows the bottom of iron. djau5.06recpt
Antique Royal London Mail Stagecoach doorstop. It features 2 gentlemen atop a mail stagecoach. Has the initials: GR N17, and pat. pending on one of the wheels. It stands 7 tall x 12 long. Good overall condition, (couple specks of white paint drips near horse's eye). This item is not grainy as a newer cast iron piece would be; the metal is very smooth, indicative of an 'antique' doorstop. It is shown in the book on antique metalware, 2nd edit, pg. 67. A wonderful antique collectible! This item came from the estate of a deceased car executive here in MI; he had very fine items that were in very good condition. 5/06estaucs
Victorian flower basket cast iron doorstop. Small antique doorstop, but mighty! It is 6.5 tall x 3.5 wide. Backside is a bit rusted as expected for antique iron. The iron is not grainy as a newer doorstop would be. Not marked, but it is likely a Hubley. Great for the garden also! 9.05djau#1169
