This is a nice clean angle protractor marked "GENERAL HARDWARE MFG. CO. NEW YORK MADE IN U.S.A. NO. 17". In good condition, no owner's marks or names, some minor dings and scratch noted, blade and head are good snug joint and thumb screw tightens well, in great working order. A good used protractor.
