Wonderful weather house from Germany. Instructions say, "Hang upon an airy place. if weather is dry turn the chimney till the lady just comes out, if it is wet bring out the man. Only adjust once." There is rubbing on the right roof, and a few of the trees are missing otherwise in excellent condition.
