The upright pitcher stands about 9 inches tall at the rim and has a reeded handle molded into the 1 piece pitcher. It has a bulbous, round body that holds about 3 quarts; it is really quite a large piece of red glass! There are a few light rub marks on the exterior of the jug and a chip about 1/16 inch out of the side. Please see one of the attached photos for the chip. Other than that, it shows well and should be totally serviceable. Two nicer things about a slightly chipped piece is one can use it without worrying about putting the first chip on it and the price is not very steep. Enjoy!
