The aqua glass Gordon's bottle is substantially embossed: please see photos. The bottom stamp of 56-8 may indicate the year the bottle was made: there were some interesting liquor laws then. The bottle was not dug, but found in a barn. There is no soil on it but there are some use marks.

Old Aqua Blue Whiskey Bottle with Stopper. This whiskey bottle has beautiful coloring, lots of bubbles in the glass and measures 12 1/2 inches tall with the stopper, estimated age is early 1900's. The bottle in excellent condition, no chips or cracks, the stopper has a chip on the bottom of it. It would be a terrific addition to your collection!
