Antique Phoenix Consolidated Glass Martele' Hummingbird Vase. The Phoenix Glass Company was founded in 1880 and was located in Monaca, Pennsylvania. They began producing art glass in 1932 when they acquired about fifty molds from the Consolidated Glass Company when Consolidated ceased production. Phoenix Glass then created and designed new molds based on these molds and called the line Sculptured Art Glass, this line was produced from 1933 to 1958. Both the Ruben Line and Sculptured Art line where only marked with paper labels. The earliest versions of Sculptured Art Glass had silver Phoenix paper labels, later versions featured gold paper labels. Phoenix produced Sculptured Art Ware on and off until 1958. The company is still in business, however, they no longer make any pieces by hand and will never again make Sculptured Art Ware. This vase is the Hummingbird pattern, it was designed by Reuben Haley and introduced in 1926, Consolidated's Martele' line of art glass was inspired by the glorious works of Rene' Lalique featured at the 1925 Paris Exposition. An early catalog from Consolidated describes the line as combining the skill of the artist, sculptor and glass artisan to bring out the hand wrought motifs obtained from nature's own laboratories the sea, the sky and the land have each supplied an inspiration to the artists. This vase is a beautiful blend of blue and brown colors on a satin finish white background. It is 5 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches long by 2 3/4 inches and in beautiful condition, no water lines, no chips. It would be a beautiful addition to your collection! This item is a beautiful Madonna Vase made by the Phoenix Glass Company. It is a lovely blue satin color with a raised white frosted Madonna on two sides. There is also a lovely white lined design on narrow side. This Vase is about 10 inches high, 7 inches across at its widest part and 5 and 1/2 inches deep on the sides. It is in very good condition but does have one small chip on the rim (see photos).

This is a beautiful Phoenix Sculptured Art Glass Vase from the 1930's to the 1940's. It is peach with white leaves, stems and flowers. This Vase is about 7 inches high, 5 and 1/2 inches acros at the top and 4 inches across at the base. It is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks and even has part of its original paper label on the bottom.

It is 8 1/4 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches across the mouth, in beautiful condition, no water lines, does have a very small chip on the base as shown in the picture, not noticeable unless you actually looking for it. It would be a beautiful addition to your collection!

This is a wonderful Art Glass Vase made by Phoenix Art Glass. The Vase is a beautiful blue glass with white flowers. The VAse is designed as three panels, each of which is divided by blue and white lines. The Vase is about 7 inches high, 7 inches across and 3 and 1/2 inches across at the opening at the top. This Vase is in excellent condition and still has its original paper label on the bottom which reads Phoenix Sculptured Art Ware.
This is a vintage Art Glass Vase made by Phoenix Art Glass. The Vase is brown glass with white and brown flowers. It was made sometime between 1930 and the 1950's. It is about 7 and 1/2 inches high; 6 and 11/2 inches wide; and 3 and 1/2 inches across. The bottom of the Vase still has the original full paper label of Phoenix Sculptured Artware. This Vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
