Cute SILVESTRE pink-tinted/cased art glass rabbit paperweight. 5-1/4 inches tall with crystal cased over pink-tinted glass. Made in Taiwan. Circa 1980-90s. Fine condition and free of damage.

Heavy black slate based paper weight with two golden finish sea serpents, as dolphins, incredibly detailed. Large ornate pallet worked human hair encased in a beveled glass framed brooch, With seed pearls and gold thread rest atop a fire opal like iridescent backing. This mourner's remembrance is deeply embedded into the black stone. Condition, superb for age, with a chip to the slate base edge and minor nibbles. Handle is slightly bent and there is a small crack and two chips to the glass panel. Little detracts from its appeal.
