This dainty little goldtone pin or brooch is in the shape of a crown, decorated with a blue rhinestone at the center. From the bottom hangs a round blue enameled Catholic Miraculous Medal depicting the Virgin Mary. I haven't cleaned the pin but it's in excellent condition with no damage. About 1-3/8 inches long by a half inch wide.
