This petite gingerbread house shaped teapot measures 5 1/2 inches to the top of the roof excluding the chimney and is 6 1/4 inches from the tip of the spout to the end of the handle. The figural house features a candy cane for the handle and spout and is decorated with gumdrops and peppermints. The chimney portion is removable to fill with water and has a stop lock underneath the lid. Impressed into the base is Debbie Mumm Sakura China. There are no damage issues with the teapot.

Marvelous craftsmanship and design can be found on the Nikko, Japan cups and saucers in the Christmastime pattern. Each pedestal cup stands 3 1/2 inches tall with Christmas tree, wrapped presents and a Teddy Bear on the front and back. The 6 inch saucers have a holly berry and leaf design with green banding surrounding the rim. The cups and saucers appear to have been used minimally, if at all. There are no cracks or chips, but there is crazing on the two cups. All the pieces are stamped in green under the base with the Nikko, Japan name and Christmastime.

A petite perfumed miniature oil lamp to brighten up a holiday display stands 6 inches tall and is 2 1/2 inches across the widest area. Red and green colored miniature wooden fence, the usual swinging gate mounted to one section. Condition: Solid, tiny holes at the bottom of some of pickets - most likely how it was secured to stand. Three section have some breakage at end but (see photo) doesn't affect its looks of this grand old fencing. Size: Each of the section is 18 long by 3 high.

This old train station made from a kit has a sign that reads, QUARRYVILLE. The celluloid windows and door are not torn just loose which can easily be re-glued. Condition: good but there is edge wear and chimney slightly flatten but over all a nice. Hole cut in bottom for light in building.
