I purchased this lovely ring from a very high end consignment shop in the Midwest. It is in MINT condition, Sterling Silver with a pink cubic zirconia heart shaped center stone and two white baugette CZ side stones. The center heart shape stone measures 3/8ths inch high. The crown of the ring measures 5/8ths inches wide. It is approximately a size 7 1/2 to 8 and looks fabulous as an index or ring finger ring. It is marked, 925 on the inside of the band.

I am certainly no expert on Native American jewelry. But these lovely Hopi Style Silver Overlay clip earrings are marked both STERLING and with a Maker's Mark (It reminds me of a four blade elongated propeller.) They are in MINT condition and measure 1 1/16ths inches in diameter.
